Built By An Engineer.
Not A Salesman.

15 years watching businesses drown in manual work that machines could handle, and AI get sold to people who didn't need it. TTS is the alternative.

Mandate: compound revenue or protect cash

Most Businesses Don't Fail. They Drag.

Growth exposes every gap. Your CRM, your spreadsheets, your email chains were built for a company half the size you are now. Suddenly your best people spend their days doing things a machine could handle.

Data gets missed. Proposals go out late. Pipeline numbers are guesswork. The margin quietly disappears.

We call this Operational Drag. It's the most expensive problem in a scaling business, and nobody talks about it because it happens slowly enough to feel normal.

Four Principles. Non-Negotiable.

Every engagement runs on these. If a piece of work doesn't hold up against them, we won't take the money.

01

Precision Over Volume

10,000 unverified leads is noise. It costs your team time and your business credibility. We build forensic qualification systems that surface the right opportunities, not the most.

02

Systems Over Heroics

If your operation depends on one person knowing where everything lives, you have a dependency, not a business. We encode best practice into infrastructure that runs without a babysitter.

03

Governance First

Security and compliance aren't bolt-ons. Every system is documented, auditable, and owned entirely by you. When we hand over the keys, you have real control, not a black box.

04

One Mandate

We only build things that compound your revenue or protect your cash. Full stop. If it doesn't pass that test, we'll tell you, and we won't take the money.

Professional portrait of Scott Simmons, the founder.

Scott Simmons

Founder & Technical Director, Brechin / Dundee

Scott's career runs from IT support and offshore hardware installations through to Information Security and Cyber Security consulting. Along the way he worked with Lockheed Martin, Maersk, Baker Hughes and Thorntons Law, environments where the margin for system failure are measured in consequences, not inconvenience.

That shaped a particular worldview: technology isn't impressive because of what it can do. It's impressive because of what it reliably does, every time, without anyone watching.

When he started seeing vendors sell AI solutions to problems a well-written script could solve in an afternoon, and businesses paying twice for it, he built TTS as the alternative: an engineering-led practice that starts with the problem, not the product.

Who We Work With

  • Owner-managed or founder-led businesses
  • Professional services, compliance, financial, operational sectors
  • Growing faster than the back-office can support
  • Reached the point where hiring more people isn't the answer
  • Prepared to invest 4 to 6 hours across 30 days to do it right

In Practice

Client: Carbon Reporting

Forensic lead qualification and automated CRM pipeline. A carbon reporting firm needed targeted leads at scale fed directly into their CRM, with no manual intervention. We deployed Sentinel and Oracle. The infrastructure grows with them.

Client: Group Insurance Comparison

Full client onboarding rebuilt from scratch. A financial services firm needed onboarding rebuilt end-to-end: tutorials, automated marketing, and a consistent process. Their team now runs it without thinking about it.

We're Probably Not Your Firm If...

  • You want AI added because competitors are doing it and you feel you should too
  • You need a flashy demo for a board meeting, not a solution that actually works
  • You need something live in 48 hours with no time to think it through
