Gender Pay Gap Report
Statement
Under UK government regulations (the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017), employers in Great Britain with more than 250 employees are required to publish their gender pay gap data.
Tayside Technical Services currently has fewer than 250 employees and is therefore not required to publish a gender pay gap report.
Our Commitment to Equality
Notwithstanding our size, Tayside Technical Services is committed to the principles of equal pay for equal work. We are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where all employees are valued and have the same opportunities for career progression, regardless of gender or any other characteristic.
We believe in transparency and fairness in all our remuneration and reward processes. As our company grows, we will continue to monitor our internal metrics to ensure we uphold these principles and will comply with all mandatory reporting requirements as they become applicable to us.
