The Tayside Technical Services name, logos, and other brand assets ("Brand Materials") are protected by copyright and trademark laws. This page outlines the general rules for using our Brand Materials. Express written permission from Tayside Technical Services is required for any use of our Brand Materials that is not explicitly permitted by this policy.
2. Permitted Use
You may use the Tayside Technical Services name to truthfully and accurately refer to our company and services. For example, you may state that your company is a client of Tayside Technical Services.
3. Prohibited Use
You may not use our Brand Materials in any of the following ways:
- In a way that implies a partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement by Tayside Technical Services that does not exist.
- As part of your own company name, product name, or service name.
- In a manner that is misleading, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
- To disparage Tayside Technical Services or our services.
- In connection with any activity that is illegal or violates the rights of others.
4. Logo Usage
Our logos may not be altered, distorted, or combined with other marks. They must be used as provided, with no changes to the colour, proportions, or design. You must maintain a clear space around our logos to ensure their visibility and impact.
